CURRENT IDENTITYPROBLEM
Odd Duck in its name should be quirky, unusual, and very Austin. The logotype is sophisticated, but the customers don’t sense a whole lot of personality looking at the mark. The type sends conflicting messages of whether the restaurant is truly unique or just playing upon the city that it resides in.
SOLUTION
Sticking with a type treatment but incorporating something unusual within the letterforms would make their mark memorable and “odd.”

MODERN FARMER
Modern Farmer is an app that connects local farmers to their neighboring restaurants, encouraging sustainable living. This app will be utilized by farm to table restaurants so that they can find suppliers, buy from those suppliers and have the products either delivered or picked up from the facilities to evaluate quality. This app also allows owners to save their favorite suppliers, save carts for easy reorder, and to get notifications when a product becomes in season.
